WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items are usually shipped out within two business days.
We ship all orders via the US Postal Service First Class Mail.

 

DO I NEED TO BUY ATTACHMENTS TO CONNECT MY TAG TO THE COLLAR?

No.  Each tag ordered will come with a jump ring and a standard split ring.  If you would prefer a different attachment you may find alternative sizes and types of rings at your local hardware store for a minimal cost.

 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PET'S TAG

BRASS TAGS - Brass will tarnish over time. To restore it, you can quickly clean it with a polishing cloth or any brass cleaner.

Toothpaste or a flour and vinegar solution make a good alternative for polishing brass if you don’t have a brass cleaner on hand.

STAINLESS STEEL TAGS - Clean with a cloth, warm water and dish soap. As you scrub the tag, work in the direction of the grain, this will prevent scratches. Once your tag is clean, wipe it off with a damp cloth then gently buff the surface with a polishing cloth to get it shining again.

PRINTED TAGS - Wash tag in a sudsy water solution using a touch of dish soap. Dry with a gentle, non abrasive cloth.

 

THE ENGRAVING ON MY TAG IS INCORRECT AND MY ORDER CONFIRMATION CONFIRMS I ENTERED THE CORRECT DETAILS

Easy fix.  We're human and from time to time we make a mistake.  We are more than happy to fix those errors when we have made them.  Simply email us regarding your order and we will correct and replace the item right away.
